Director's Message

Welcome to Fenton STEM Academy. Having served as the founding Director of the Fenton Academies since opening in August 2015, I believe successful school programs require a strong home-school connection and I value the extraordinary partnership we maintain with our families and greater learning community. We know that parental involvement in a child’s education from an early age has a significant impact on educational achievement. As a result of our combined efforts, our students will continue to shine and look forward to a future of limitless possibilities. Your child will be exposed to a high-quality education from some of the finest teachers within Los Angeles. Our educators excel at creating warm, nurturing environments where children are held to high standards both academically and behaviorally.

The Fenton Academies offer a high quality Leadership and STEM infused instructional program. We provide unique field trips, assemblies, and ongoing opportunities for students to engage with real world learning. The Academies have demonstrated significant student achievement as measured by state tests and continue to receive the highest marks on all district reviews and audits. Our schools have earned full WASC accreditation, achieved a successful charter renewal and material revision to expand our program from TK to 6th grade.  

Fenton STEM Academy specializes in an instructional program rich with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. We believe students must be prepared for a STEM related college and career. Fenton STEM Academy provides our students with ongoing opportunities to strengthen their STEM proficiency with ongoing STEM challenges, opportunities to interact with real life experts in the field, and participation at our culminating STEM Expo. We believe our students will possess the problem solving skills and STEM intelligence required to create a better and brighter tomorrow.
